Persian Star | This is an awesome garlic from Uzbekistan. It is a medium to large bulb with absolutely vivid colors. The outer skin color intensifies to purple with dark streaks as you remove it. It contains 8 - 12 red topped cloves with marbled streaks. It has an initial spicy kick with an almost sweet backside. |

Inchelium Red | This has to be everyone's favorite garlic. It's relatively spicy and the flavor becomes more pronounced over time. Large bulbs produce 8 - 20 cloves of a good size.
