HARD NECKS

Musik A very large bulb that contains 5 large buff colored cloves.  This garlic is hot, pungent and has a long lasting bite. A must for the Garlic lover! SOLD OUT  $7.50 / lb. (plus shipping)

Chesnock Red This is a wonderful garlic for baking.  A very large bulb with 9-10 easy to peel cloves.  The flavor is amazing, as is the aroma. This garlic originated from the Republic of Georgia.   $7.50 / lb. (plus shipping)

Persian Star This is an awesome garlic from Uzbekistan.  It is a medium to large bulb with absolutely vivid colors.  The outer skin color intensifies to purple with dark streaks as you remove it. It contains 8 - 12 red topped cloves with marbled streaks.  It has an initial spicy kick with an almost sweet backside.

Italian Purple This garlic produces large bulbs with easy to peel cloves.  It has the perfect taste for all of your Italian cooking. SOLD OUT

Burgundy A Creole garlic that has a beautiful deep Burgundy color.  Very pretty.  It has a nice garlic taste and is ideal for baking, cooking, roasting and all around eating!  SOLD OUT

SOFT NECKS

Inchelium Red This has to be everyone's favorite garlic.  It's relatively spicy and the flavor becomes more pronounced over time.  Large bulbs produce 8 - 20 cloves of a good size.  From Inchelium, WA, it was originally found growing on the Colville Indian Reservation.  This garlic won the "Very Best of the Soft necks" in a Rodale taste test.

Red Toch This garlic was collected in Tochliavari, Republic of Georgia.  This is a rare collectors bulb.  The large bulbs produce 8 - 20 colves of good size.  It has a moderate heat and pleasing taste.  A fabulous garlic!  $7.50 / lb. (plus shipping)

ELEPHANT GARLIC

Elephant Garlic

It looks like garlic, tastes like a mild garlic, but it is actually a member of the Leek family.  4 - 6 Enormous cloves in each bulb with a mild garlic like flower.  The bulbs can weigh as much as a pound each!  The bulbs keep very well.

The best thing we have found for these tasty little guys, is for eating.  You can sprinkle them on salads, in sauces, potatoes, stir fry or any food that benefits from garlic.  These are great.  A little bit goes a long way.
